Developmental Swimmers will sign up for either Morning OR Evening Practices after school gets out. Practice days/times are as follows:

MORNING PRACTICE - Monday - Friday (June 15 - July 24) - Gaines Mill Pool (Morning Practices Begin Friday, June 13)

8:50 - 9:30am

9:35 - 10:15am

EVENING PRACTICE - Monday - Thursday (June 15 - July 23) - Gaines Mill Pool (Evening Practices Begin Monday, June 16)

7:00 - 7:40pm

We ask that swimmers please attend the practice session they have signed up for. If you need to change practice time or attend a different session on any day or week during the summer due to conflicts, please discuss with our coaches to make sure there is room in the session you want your swimmer to attend.
