Morning Competitive Team Practices for after school gets out will begin MONDAY, JUNE 15th. Morning Practices are Monday-Friday, June 15th through July 24th. Evening Competitive Practices will begin MONDAY, JUNE 15th. Evening Practices are Monday-Thursday, June 15th through July 23rd. The available practice times for each age group are:

8&Under Morning - 8:00-8:45am - Gaines Mill Pool

8&Under Evening - 7:00-7:50pm - Gaines Mill Pool

9-10 Morning - 7:45-8:45am - DVCC Pool

9-10 Morning - 8:45-9:45am - DVCC Pool

11-12 Morning - 7:45-8:45am - DVCC Pool

11-12 Morning - 8:45-9:45am - DVCC Pool

13-14 Morning - 9:45-10:45am - DVCC Pool

15-18 Morning - 9:45-10:45am - DVCC Pool

Ages 9-18 Evening - 8:00-9:00pm - DVCC Pool

We ask that swimmers please attend the practice session they have signed up for. If you need to change practice time or attend a different session on any day or week during the summer due to conflicts, please discuss with our coaches to make sure there is room in the session you want your swimmer to attend.
